For
an unprecedented seventh consecutive year, the National Marine Manufacturers
Association (NMMA) has awarded Indmar Marine Engines the 2012 Marine Industry
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award for excellence in customer satisfaction. Indmar Marine Engines is the only inboard
manufacturer to be awarded the 2012 CSI award and the only inboard manufacturer
to be recognized for seven consecutive years. The results are in and it’s
official, an Indmar Marine Engine owner is a happy owner.
The
Marine Industry CSI Awards program is among the most comprehensive and respected
in the industry. This year the program surveyed
more than 32,000 consumers and over the last seven years more than 702,000
consumers were surveyed reporting customer satisfaction with their Indmar
Marine Engine.
In
order to be awarded by the Marine Industry CSI Awards program, manufacturers
must actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement
to better serve the customer. Indmar has
achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90
percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past seven years, based on
information provided by customers purchasing a new engine.
“Indmar
owners are our greatest ambassadors and receiving an award based off their
experience, is one of the greatest honors we could receive. It’s gratifying to
see the investments we have made, even when we were in a down economy, has
continuously enabled our products to improve and exceed our customer’s
expectations year after year, “ explained Chuck Rowe, President of Indmar
Marine Engines. “The fact that we are
the only inboard marine engine manufacturer to be awarded by the NMMA is a
testament to the quality of an Indmar and our network of finely tuned dealers
and OEM’s.” Rowe further explained, “We
personally train and certify each of our authorized technicians and because of
our dealers dedication, Indmar offers a first class ownership experience, from
the engines quality and performance, to the buying and ownership experience.”

Hello,
ReplyDeleteGreat information! It provides large power storage, low fuel consumption, low emission, high reliability, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. This is suitable for various ships with the power range from 176kW to 275kW, and speed ranges from 1500rpm to 2150rpm. Thanks!
I want to present my new blog devoted to Mechanical Engineers, who perform their professional duties in the different parts of the World Ocean despite the difficult working conditions. The primary purpose of this blog is to help them in their daily hard work. Author hopes that the technical documentation, articles and notes, which are posted on this blog, will be interesting for both experienced professionals and novice mechanicians, which are just beginning their careers. Also I think that this blog will be useful for all mechanicians because many of the described machines and mechanisms are widely used ashore.
